One enormous machine eye: shutter-blade iris, concentric read rings, and a medallion where the pupil should be. It had already finished looking at you by the time you noticed it.

Unisex and true to size, cut from heavyweight cotton. Size up if you like a t-shirt loose; the body is straight rather than tapered, so most people stay at their usual size.
Cold, inside out, and keep it out of the dryer. The print is water-based ink rather than a plastic transfer, so it softens into the fabric instead of cracking — but heat is still the thing that ages it fastest.
